Reservations & Payment: Bookings must be confirmed in writing, by either e-mail or fax. Bookings are secured by the deposit calculated by Lucy or Reception staff, usually 30 per cent of the room rate agreed x the number of days booked. We prefer the security deposit is paid through the PayPal system, but we’re happy enough to take your credit card details over the phone or accept cash if you’re already on the island. Cancellation policy varies with the season, but if we can resell the room without loss we’ll return any unused portion of your deposit.
